Learning
My body is sore but I'm keeping up with my routine. I don't think I will be jogging tomorrow, so I will ride the bike for any extra half hour. By pushing my body to do more, I've started to learn how to listen to it. You can always alter a technique or workout to accommodate an injury. An injury doesn't mean that you can't, it just raises the questions of how can I? There are many paths to your goal don't let one road block derail you.
I've chosen a weapon.... The nunchuk...with some help on Saturday I think I have the basics for the form down. Now the prefect it and make it mine.
Had a great time swimming with my kids today. We haven't done that in a while. It's easier to put things aside and spend time with them when it's one of your goals.
Now back to my agenda reading for tomorrows meeting.
